Shipping & Returns
Standard shipping between 4 to 14 days. Expedited and overnight shipping is not available at this time. We only ship to within United States. You may receive multiple shipments if product is located from different distribution centers. Once product left our distribution centers we cannot guarantee carrier delays or their methods of delivery. We suggest to call the shipping carrier as soon as you received the tracking number from us.
You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping costs. If you receive an incorrect shipment, defective or expired products, we take care of return shipping costs. Unfortunately we do not process claims for quality complaints in regards to taste, touch, or smell. If the product is sealed or not expired then these complaints are to be reported directly to the manufacturer by the consumer. For returns, go to My Account, Completed Orders and click on Return Item(s) next to your order item. Fill up the return form and click Submit Return Request. You should expect to receive your refund excluding shipping costs within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
