COVID-19 Important Update:
We are experiencing heavy demand in all our warehouse affecting shipments and inventory. Expect shipments delay between 2 to 3 weeks. Also we are seeing several out of stock items, we suggest not to cancel the order so that we can secure the items for you. If you wish to cancel please notify us immediately within 30 minutes. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding.
You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. We will charge a 15% restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping costs. If you receive an incorrect shipment, defective or expired products, we take care of return shipping costs. Unfortunately we do not process claims for quality complaints in regards to taste, touch, or smell. If the product is sealed or not expired then these complaints are to be reported directly to the manufacturer by the consumer. For returns, go to My Account, Completed Orders and click on Return Item(s) next to your order item. Fill up the return form and click Submit Return Request. You should expect to receive your refund excluding shipping costs within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
