With increase restrictions and unprecedented demand in our warehouse as a result of COVID-19, we ship within 3 to 5 days during this time. We remain open for business and can fulfill your order on your natural products you love. If you are unable to wait please contact us within an hour after placing your order if you wish to cancel. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding.
Shipping Melt Risk
Between May 1st to October 1st, please be advised on products that melts such as chocolates, deodorant, lip balm and gummy vitamins. We do not ship with ice packs or any special packaging to cool products in transit. We are not responsible for products that melt in transit.
We can able to cancel your order within 1 hour by contacting us immediately using the form Contact Us or by calling/chat with us during our normal business hours. Alternatively, you can also send us an email at email@example.com during off hours.
You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping costs. If you receive an incorrect shipment, defective or expired products, we take care of return shipping costs. We politely need the photo of the defective product for documentation purposes. Unfortunately we do not process claims for quality complaints in regards to taste, touch, or smell. If the product is sealed or not expired then these complaints are to be reported directly to the manufacturer by the consumer. For returns, go to My Account, Completed Orders and click on Return Item(s) next to your order item. Fill up the return form and click Submit Return Request. You should expect to receive your refund excluding shipping costs within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
